Global Language Translation Services celebrate 4 years in business!

Thank you Milton Keynes!

Next week is our 4th birthday, and we’d like to take the time to celebrate our successes. In the day-to-day rush we often miss out on celebrating our little (and sometimes large) victories.

Our blogging partner Jannine Beattie, who is part of the fantastic Sblogerati, wrote a post about celebrating business success from time to time (link), and with 4 years behind us, we’d like to just do that.

As with any new business, the first years are never easy. Limited resources need to be maximised and foundations need to be laid for the future development and growth. Our initial focus was on establishing a reliable network of translators which we have achieved and now have over 3,000 professional translators and can cover 120 languages.

Thanks to a wide variety of clients we have been involved in numerous interesting projects, some of them with very challenging timescales! As a result, we’ve gained lots of experience in managing translation for manufacturing businesses, marketing agencies, translation of legal documents and even working with blue chip companies on their translation requirements and face to face interpreting and multilingual voice overs.

Even though our services do not have geographical restrictions and our clients can be based anywhere in the UK, or even around the world, it is fair to say that being based in Milton Keynes has helped us hugely.

We have established many working relationships in Milton Keynes. There are several local companies that use our business translation services on regular basis, and the huge choice of networking and referral events allow us to grow and find long term partnerships.

Throughout the four years of our existence we’ve been growing consistently and in the last financial year we grew almost by 20%, which is a nice and steady pace (we think). The growth has allowed us to increase our services portfolio and, apart from written translation, we can now provide face-to-face interpreting, multilingual voice over recording and even multilingual desktop publishing. So, whatever your translation needs may be, we should be able to help you out.

We’re not stopping yet either! We’re planning to continue our growth and are continually investing in the business. Our website is being redesigned as we speak and we’re currently running several marketing campaigns attracting new clients.

The new financial year has started, so here’s to the new challenges and new successes!!
